Alignment at the executive level is a negotiated outcome—not a given. This course helps startup leadership teams use executive retreats as structured negotiation environments to resolve strategic disagreements, clarify roles, and align on priorities. Participants learn how to design and facilitate retreat sessions that surface conflicting interests, negotiate trade-offs, and build durable commitments across the leadership team. The program blends negotiation strategy with facilitation techniques to ensure retreats result in clear decisions, accountability, and renewed trust—not just conversation.
