Jody Scheier, MSW, LICSW, BCD
Jody Scheier has served on the faculty of the Family Studies program at Wheelock College, the Gerontology Summer Institute at Boston University, the Family Institute of Cambridge where she also co-led the Action Methods and Video Feedback Interest group, and as a senior consultant to The Family Center in Somerville, MA.
She is a teaching consultant at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, a senior Supervisor at The Parenting Journey in Somerville, MA.,and is a Senior Lecturer/ adjunct faculty at Lesley University’s Graduate School, Division of Counseling and Psychology.
She offers training workshops in family therapy and the use and application of action methods; psychodrama, role-play, and role-reversal in clinical interviews, conflict resolution, consultation, and negotiation. She is one of the original developers of the Interpersonal Skills Exercise for the Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School.
Max Bevilacqua, MALD
Maxwell E. Bevilacqua is the Founder and Principal of Mindful Negotiating, a global negotiation advisory and training company focused on family, environmental, labor, international and military law.
