Rucha Modi
Senior Trainer
Rucha is a leadership and organizational development practitioner who draws on adaptive leadership and interest-based negotiation to coach adult learners and organizational teams through transformative change.
Her work integrates rigorous systems analysis with a deeply relational and inclusive approach. She got her start with public school education and a passion for social impact—and has since worked the people dynamics at the highest levels of government, Ivy League classrooms, international summer camps, and top research hospitals.
She holds an M.T.S. with coursework concentrated in Adult Development & Systems Change from Harvard Divinity School and a B.A. in Global Studies and Public Affairs from UCLA. In her free time, she serves as a community organizer, mediator, and pilates instructor.
