PhD in Environmental Policy and Planning. My research is on the current negotiations between Egypt, Ethiopia, and Sudan on the use of the Nile River. I’ve been a Visiting Asst. Prof at BC the past two years, but looking for a job in southern CA.
Interested in reflective discussions related to balancing life/work in a way that has a positive impact, finding ways of collaborating with others on different project, esp. Interested in hearing about how others have built out successful professional paths outside of standard 9-5.
Enjoys talking about: Empowering women and BIPOC, climate/environmental justice, working with students/youth.
