Max co-led the development and delivery of a month-long virtual master seminar on negotiation, with a special focus on complex and cross-cultural negotiations that were/are part of the Abraham Path Initiative's work developing walking trails in the Middle East. 

I was immediately impressed with how Max showed up as a subject matter expert and teammate. Over the months-long project Max showed himself to be entirely self-possessed, a deeply skilled practitioner, great in front of an audience, and a creative and persistent problem solver in command of great aplomb when addressing the inevitable challenges that arise when doing a hard thing for the first time.
