  • For the last twenty years Seraphim has taught award-winning classes in Negotiation, Strategic Decision-making, Ethics and Management of Legal Conflict at post-graduate level at various academic institutions such as ALBA at the American College of Greece and the Universities of Cyprus, Sheffield, Bremen, Athens University of Economics and Business. He has also authored and led the Negotiation & Conflict Management and the Ethical Leadership modules for the University of London’s global e-MBA and for the last 15 years he has been teaching both Negotiation and Strategic Decision-making (game theory) at the Hellenic Navy Air Force War Schools. He has also published peer-reviewed research in pure mathematics, business ethics, the psychology of ethical decision-making, and the psychology of occupational and company stereotypes.

  • In addition to his academic endeavours, he has also conducted in-house or open executive education seminars teaching thousands of executives Negotiation, Workplace Conflict, Strategic Decision-making, Business Ethics, and Critical Thinking in most sectors of the economy (banking, retail, pharma, insurance, shipping, telecom, energy, heavy industry). He has also run dedicated seminars in Negotiation and Mediation for Lawyers and is currently collaborating with Said Business School at the University of Oxford for Negotiation executive education.

  • As a practicing professional Negotiator and Mediator operating via Sapientia et Veritas (www.sapientiaveritas.com), the company he has co-founded , he holds firm practical experience in deal-making and dispute resolution, having selectively negotiated or consulted for company mergers, intense litigation disputes and high-stake multimillion-euro commercial deals. He also maintains a firm outlook into the future, with a particular interest in the legal and ethical aspects of the digital world.

  • Seraphim devotes as much time as he can spare (often more) in the service of worthy causes, via the not-for-profit branch of Sapientia et Veritas (www.sapientiaveritas.org). Since 2017, has been offering specialized tuition (master classes) in pure mathematics and philosophy for charismatic adolescents at Charisimathia and MENSA Hellas, and since 2021 he has been offering courses on Family Negotiation, the Management of Family Conflict and Family Well-being for Smile of a Child, an internationally esteemed organization for the support of abused, abandoned or neglected children.
